Initial surveys suggested that large numbers of fire doors across these hotels should be replaced entirely. Instead, through detailed assessment and high-quality remedial work, we were able to upgrade many existing doors back to full compliance — saving our clients a small fortune.
Even better, those savings allowed them to reinvert the budget into additional safety improvements that might otherwise have been postponed.
